By far this bakery ? the sour dough bread is fluffy and huge.! Best sandwich I've ever had. Local businesses are using their bread fir their customers. The cinnamon rolls Huge, beautiful. And, oh! My! Goodness! BEARCLAWS! precious! Original! Bearclaws with the Original almond filling. ?No-one in Humboldt makes Bearclaws at all but fat cat. So delicious. Dill and cottage cheese bread. Cookies big.Check this bakery out! You WON'T be disappointed. I'M A RETURNING CUSTOMER FOR SURE! every visit something different on the racks to pick from. The only bad thing is; having to wait until Wed for it to open. ?

Awesome place, but needs our community's support so it will thrive grow more. I can't do much for the broken windows but I sure do love a good, flakery, buttery croissant, know what I'm saying people. We must always band together and support the Croissant. I'll stop now.
