China Kitchen - Erwin

The food was really wonderful. A beautiful, thick curry sauce. Steamed rice seemed a bit dry. Probably at the end of the night. Lady at the counter seemed to be done with the day. Tired. But they tried to make a good meal so kudos in the late hours! A nice exit China Kitchen.

The food was excellent! The service was warm and very friendly. The atmosphere is pretty cool, could use some renovations, but overall I really enjoyed my visit here! My favorite dinner spot in Erwin!

Our son treated us to lunch at China Kitchen, located next to Dollar Tree in Erwin. They are open for lunch and dinner, with a break between 2:30 and 16:00. The menu proudly states that they do not use MSG in their cooking, which was a big plus for us. I ordered the egg drop soup, an egg roll, and broccoli beef with white rice. The soup was delicious and homemade, not the artificial yellow color I'm used to. The broccoli beef was flavorful and perfectly spiced. My husband and son enjoyed their General Tso's chicken and pork as well. The staff was friendly, prices were reasonable, and portions were generous. We would definitely come back to eat here again.

The restaurant serves a flaming appetizer on a rotating tray. They use a fancy serving dish for the fried rice. The owner is also the waitress. The food is quite delicious. If you are in the area or passing through Erwin on Interstate 26, it is definitely worth stopping by!

The best food and quality service that you can find in erwin. I would give them 10/5 stars if possible. The food is that good.
