Domino's Pizza - Erie

The pizza is consistently delivered on time, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The entire restaurant is also extremely clean.

Some of the staff needs to be nicer. Especially during this pandemic time. They need to make compromises if all of the process's are not working. Paying customers are important and keep stores open and in business.

Store refused to allow me to pay for a pizza said they do not accept 50 dollar bills removed my first post the general manager stated its on the website it states if there is changed needed over 20 dollars they can not do it No were does it state I can no pay for the items with legal tender I provided the terms and my post was removed the Manger needs fired from this pety store and I'll keep reposting until the owner responds because it's illegal to refuse service with out a valid reason the order with 49.00 I was giving a 50 and it was wrong to refuse

Always order late! Great service, friendly, great food. Swear the lady in charge lives there! She knows my order down to the sauces. Appreciate l can come in late and not get attitude! Glad to have this place in my area.

Ordered from this location for the first time on Nov 29th at 2pm using the online ordering service. At 4:30pm, I called the shop to ask where my order was. The manager told me (in a sharp and accusatory tone) that my food had already been delivered to my address. She doubled down on both her stance and her attitude when I insisted that there was no delivery made to my home. She did begrudgingly, send out a duplicate order, which arrived half an hour after my phone call.I would avoid this location unles you enjoy waiting 2 hours for cold food and being called a liar.
