Hungry Horse Cheshire Oaks

I came here for my birthday dinner with my family, and I can confidently say I've never experienced service as excellent as this place. The staff was absolutely fantastic! Both Matt and Bob were exemplary representatives of this restaurant—so friendly, entertaining, and full of energy. I can't express enough how wonderful they both were. The food was on point, but Matt and Bob made the experience truly memorable. Thank you both for making my birthday extra special!

As always, it's a pleasant dining experience before heading to the movies. The menu is impressive, the prices are great, and the staff is friendly. However, I've noticed that in my last three visits over the past few months, the coffee machine hasn't been up to the standard I would expect from a well-known chain like Hungry Horse.

I enjoyed the food and the service was generally good, except for the drinks. I asked two of the servers for my drinks, but didn't receive any assistance. While I was at the bar, the lady serving indicated she would help another customer first before attending to me. I pointed out on their electronic display that I had been waiting for over 15 minutes and was nearly done with my meal. She looked a bit surprised, and a few minutes later, my drinks finally arrived. Curiously, it was the first server I asked who had not checked on them.
