I've visited this restaurant multiple times, and each time I've encountered rude service. I'm baffled by how they manage to stay in business given their poor customer service.

The food here is good, but the staff at the register and the waiters were rude. If you want a drink refill, you have to yell for someone to come and help you. They really need to improve their customer service if they want patrons to return. I think I’ll choose to eat at the other Chinese restaurant in town instead. Their food may not be as good, but the service there is excellent.

Food is always good, consistent. but the waiters are clueless. no smile, no conversation, have to ask for refills.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food is actually quite good for the price, but the service leaves much to be desired. The waitstaff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the overall experience frustrating. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll only get one drink refill and may never see your waiter again, then this might be the spot for you!

My order was missing, and when I reached out to them, they refused to replace it. Instead, they blamed me for the issue and only offered an unclear discount when I followed up. One star. I won't be coming back.
