Great experience and great employees and great food

I used to live in Easton years ago and EVERY TIME I visit I stop at this pretzel factory several times because it is amazing. Always a friendly staff and the owner is amazing! I bring pretzels to gatherings all the time when I'm in town.

I can only give this place 5 stars, but I wish I could give it 10! My co-workers and I placed a large order with a variety of items from the menu, and Brent and his team were incredibly nice. They handled our complicated order with great care and made sure everything was just right. Despite the many different items, they were understanding and worked really hard to get it all correct. The order was ready on time, and everything was perfect! I highly recommend this establishment!

The restaurant is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and the staff is incredibly helpful! I stopped by at 6:30 am to pick up a large order, and I was greeted with smiles and laughter. The employees worked together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine. When it was time to bring my order to the car, they even carried it out for me! I’m already looking forward to our next Pretzel Day. Thank you, Brent and team, for a fantastic experience! I can’t wait to come back for a cheesesteak pretzel—so delicious! This place deserves more than just a 5-star review; you all were amazing!
