Dobson Ranch Golf Course - East Mesa

The course is a decent public venue. The Ranch driving range seems to be focusing more on virtual golf experiences rather than just offering a bucket of balls. They have 25 hitting pads designated for ExTrA guests, while only about a dozen pads are available for regular use. It seems like they're trying to position themselves as the next Topgolf, but I’m not really a fan of that approach.

This driving range is fantastic! The atmosphere is great, and the staff are wonderful. I want to give a special shoutout to Matt, who has cool long hair and is really friendly. He checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything and even offered some tips on my iron swing since I’m new to golf. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to Matt and his awesome hair!

Don’t forget to swing by the restaurant after your game to grab a drink and a bite—it's very affordable, and the staff is super welcoming. The recently remodeled space features pool tables, large TVs, and a Golden Tee machine. There are roughly ten bar seats that are quite popular, but I recommend sitting on the patio to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. There’s also ping pong and cornhole available just off the patio. Overall, this is a fantastic golfing experience. I took all the photos, and I can vouch that both the Breakfast Burrito and Hamburger are delicious!
