Wok Around The World Ramada Encore London West

I stayed at this hotel for a week and I have to say that I didn't have a good experience. The staff was always grumpy, the food was of almost poor quality (except for breakfast), and last but not least, the smell of smoke that I could always smell in the room where I was staying (I don't smoke).

Beautiful hotel to stay for a night or a little longer, excellent service and especially good proximity to the London Exhibition Center, recommended!!

I really liked this hotel. We were warmly welcomed. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Easy to travel to central London via the underground. I would definitely come back again.

The food off the menu is lovely especially the steak but the breakfast is a let down especially of you pay extra for it as it's rather pricy.

I can only say that the food was great. Waiting staff should have more training on customer service.
