Sukhdev's Restaurant Bar - Ealing

Spent one very comfortable night at the hotel. Five days later after our canoe trip to the west side of Killarney we came back for a fantastic dinner. The overnight stay was comfortable and relaxing. The dinner was excellent garlic naan, channa massala, and the panner was more than top notch salute!

My new favourite restaurant in Southall Like a previous reviewer we can looking forward to a meal at Omi’s and was disappointed to see that it had changed. Went for it anyway and I’m so glad that we did. Fantastic Punjabi food, lovely staff and Friday music too. We arrived and ate early and I was concerned that we were the only 3 people in at first. However it soon livened up as the night went on and the singing started. Best curry I’ve eaten for ages and very reasonably priced.

This restaurant serves the best Indian cuisine with authentic Punjabi flavors. The restaurant is clean and has a friendly staff, creating a great atmosphere.

There was a good 18 of us. The restaurant itself was quiet but we were seated and orders were taken easily. Everything was repeated back to avoid confusion, especially as we were a large group. However we had to wait a very long while eg some people had their starters arrive and others didn’t get theirs served for another 15 minutes. This happened with the main course and dessert too. If the entire restaurant was busy then I would understand about the above but there were only a few other customers so to have to wait 15 minutes for 1-5 peoples food portions is not effective service. The food itself had a variety of flavours, some were average and some above average. Nothing stood out in terms of a single dish but the rasmalai was the nicest. Parking outside and in the opposite car park was convenient too. Probably wouldn’t return as the food didn’t stand out for me but it’s a nice family environment 3/5

Very nice, great atmosphere and food wot can I say the best so far that I been to. Iittle hidden gem in heart of west London Southall.
