Lone Eagle Grille - e Village

Reservation for 4 on July 20. Disappointing food service. $80 steak advertised on menu as Prime, but no marbling and the texture was not Prime beef. Once food was ordered, our waiter was no where to be seen. She had an assistant who tried to take care of us, but his main job is filling water and bussing the table. When our meal was finished and cleared we sat at the table for over 15 minutes. No waiter in sight. No check. Nearly 100 per person without wine. We should be able to expect more in both pride in what they serve and in the service they provide.

A little pricey but they fit me in right before the kitchen closed. Incredible location on the lake. Solid tuna poke which was really more of a tartare.

Rude, disorganized service, average food. Run away from this place. Come here if you have too much money, an enormous ego and want to pretend that you're in a great place.

Food was delish. The space is gorgeous. We ended up having the worst. service. ever. Like server took our order, disappeared, and we spent the rest of our dinner looking around, raising our hands, walking around trying to find any help whatsoever in the restaurant because our server absolutely abandoned us. We had to ask multiple people for the check, still didn’t receive it, finally waved him down and called for him from like 20 feet away that we needed to leave. He just nodded and then sent someone else to give us our check. I left a note regarding our experience/disappointment and he just shook his head instead of apologizing. We walked out of the restaurant and talked about our experience- another guest that was leaving said the same thing happened to them and they were upset that the gratuity was automatic (large party) because no one even came back to get their entree orders. This is the resort and restaurant I chose to take our out of town family to and I was completely mortified. I have literally never had such horrible service. I hate giving bad reviews, so I’m giving 4 stars because the food was good and maybe it was an off day. If you’re given a male server whose name starts with a J and ends with an m, ask for someone else.

Fine restaurant, very good food, good sommelier. But dinner felt rushed — everything arrived very quickly, including the bill. Not the experience we were hoping for or expecting.
