Briar Rose Creamery - Dundee

The cheese portions are generous but sometimes limited in availability, making it challenging to get your hands on them. The staff is friendly, often seen out on the veranda while working.

I finally decided to purchase something from my local farmer's market, and oh my goodness, I am regretful that I didn't try it sooner! The cheese was incredible, with a tangy flavor like goat cheese, but smooth and spreadable. I am obsessed.

The cheese at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and a joy to discover. We sampled their Dévot Blanc cheese paired with truffles, a dish mainly featuring this cheese, and it was delightful.

This shop is well worth a stop if you’re in the area! We got two truffles (to die for wish we’d gotten more), the feta (gone before we could take a picture), and this mini Maia that made its way home to PA with us. All were delicious and so fresh!

Bought some of the lemon dill frontage blanc on a whim. Excellent!!!! So creamy and good.
