The Bank On College Green - Dublin

This is a very cool Bank building which is now a restaurant. The inside is very nicely decorated with nice Bar and table to sit and eat. The service was outstanding as was the food.

A real nice bar and restaurant! With gluten free options. I was expecting Irish pub music but instead a lot of great American songs. My husband had the Shepard pie and it was so good! I could definitely hang out here for several hours.

Fantastic old bank converted into a bar/restaurant. I was alone and arrived around 5pm. I sat at the bar since I was on my own. I did have to wait about 10 minutes before I got any service. But then I was provided a menu and ordered my Guinness. Service was fine but nothing to “write home about”. I enjoyed my first ever Guinness and then ordered the mussels. They were absolutely EXCELLENT! I’d return there again just for the mussels. Once done with mussels, I then wanted just another small plate so I ordered 1/2 dozen of oysters. They were good and fresh but not my faves (but I realize everyone may have a different taste for different oysters). Overall, a nice experience and I would return.

The food, service and ambience were all excellent! The food was very tasty. Our waitress was very helpful and the ambiance of a former bank with many historical photos made it almost feel like you were in a museum.

Came in on a whim. Very busy but we were able to sit at the bar and eat. Food was amazing cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful interior, staff was on top of everything along with being very welcoming, and the food has us going back for a second time on our trip to Dublin. The barkeep (forgot to get his name) made recommendations and they did not disappoint! Thank you!!
