The Abbey Tavern - Dublin

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Abbey Tavern in Howth, Ireland, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! Firstly, let's talk about the food. The corned beef dish I ordered was absolutely mouthwatering! The meat was tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful explosion of deliciousness!

Never had such creative and delicious vegan food in my life. Exceeded all my expectations! They have a whole vegan menu which even includes desserts. Loved everything! Nice ambiente and good service too.

Fish chips and lamb shank shepherds pie were fantastic. Bartender poured Guinness really well. Very nice meal after hiking the coast.

Loved the clam chowder. Chicken wings were fantastic and the Brie appetizer was delightful. Perfect play after a hiking the Howth Cliff

This restaurant is one of the oldest in Ireland and has a long history as a gathering place for monks from Howth Abbey many centuries ago. Today, it is a charming and comfortable spot to enjoy a meal or drinks with friends while listening to traditional Irish music. Situated just a brief stroll from Howth's church and port, it is the ideal place to relax and appreciate the tranquil surroundings.
