We made reservation several months ago and I was afraid my expectations were too high. How wrong I was, my expectations were far exceeded. Art and taste in a dish. Tasting menu pairing with amazing wines.. What I liked the most was when chef came to our table. Thank you to all the professional staff, especially Jimmy, Exceptional experience. Just amazing! We managed to get the chefs table for lunch, and what an experience it was. Kitchen team are on a different level and produce some of the best and creative dishes you will ever taste. Service is 10/10 and so attentive they notice the fine little things! The beetroot soup as an amuse-bouche kicked off the whole experience and you know from then on that you are in for a treat! Soufflé for dessert was the best I have ever had! Well done to everyone involved as this is by far the best restaurant in the country! Thank you.

Myself and three friends had lunch today at your beautiful magnificent restaurant, the food was incredible the experience was incredible , your staff are incredible , the most amazing food experience ever, we’ve eaten in many high brow establishments but chapter one is without doubt the best ever . Thank you for the privilege We will be back without doubt.
