Heritage Cafe - Dover

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff is friendly, and the food is homemade and incredibly tasty. Be sure to try the bread pudding before you leave; it's a must!

Everything is homemade here, except for the French fries! Even the coleslaw and tartar sauce are made from scratch! I stumbled upon Heritage Cafe while searching for Cindy's Catfish on a Thursday, and I'm so glad I did. The food is delicious and very affordable, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff and owners are incredibly friendly. This is definitely a fantastic spot for lunch if you're passing through town, for a date night, or just to enjoy a meal with friends. I highly recommend the catfish plate and the cherry cobbler. I’d give it six stars!
