Mcdonald's - Dover

The door to the area behind the register was open, partially obscuring the menu. I mentioned it, but my comment went unheard. While most of the staff were friendly, I still had to approach them to request napkins.

I mostly use the drive-thru at this restaurant. Their menu has been reduced, and I typically order a large drink along with a quick burger. I've noticed that their ice cream machine is frequently out of order, and the $1 cones are now so small that they aren't worth it. Plus, there's no option for a larger size.

Skinny young manager girl is always so nice and tries to make sure everything is done right it's the only McDonald's where it actually still looks like the picture.. but then again I just think people in Stewart County care more

I recently had the best customer service I've experienced in years! I live in Clarksville, TN, and the location near my home on Madison Street has rude and unpleasant staff; I really dislike going there. The same goes for the one in Ashland City, TN, where the service is also slow and unfriendly.

Very friendly, fast and clean. sent inside and was welcomed by several employees. Thank you!
