This place is an absolute nightmare! They overload you with charges and then claim that their system is down, only to recharge you once it’s back up. I'm seriously considering suing the manager and the owner because this is outrageous! How can you tell me to call my bank, and then when I do, the bank confirms over the speaker that you charged me in full, yet you insist that you haven’t? It makes no sense at all! The manager accused me unjustly, thinking they could rob me of $100. When I confronted them, they claimed they couldn't refund me and tried to reload my card instead. I mean, if you’re saying I never paid, then what order are you talking about canceling?! The police were called, and I filed a complaint. I won't let this happen to anyone else.

2 stars for customer service. The experience was negatively affected by a petite girl with glasses and extremely long nails who really needs to be trained in proper customer service. She was quite unprofessional, throwing items on the counter and behaving inappropriately in front of management—definitely a big no-no! On the bright side, the ambiance and the manager were great, and I love the food here, especially for my weekly chicken fix. However, this girl's attitude has ruined my experience. Ugh!

I ordered honey lemon pepper and I didn't taste a hint of either. They were also very the fries are not good.

We tried calling them 50 times, but no one answered, and their voicemail was full. When we drove back to the restaurant, they were already closed! This morning, we called again to inform them about the wrong order, but they said there was nothing they could do since we no longer had the food. Well, I ate it because we couldn’t reach them, and it was gross and dry! They didn't even offer an apology, despite the fact that we've spent a good amount of money there. I will make sure to let everyone I know about this experience, as I don’t want anyone else to be treated the way we were.

The food comes fast and the service is great. My food was hot and very good. The prices were not bad either.
