Mcdonald's - Douglasville

The food tasted like it was fried in old oil, the people behind the counter just weren’t there for around 90% or the time or more. I asked for a water and some salt and the lady just left after saying she would get them, never to return and give them to me. The bathroom hadn’t been taken care of in many hours, there were no paper towels or even soap. All trash cans in the store were about to overflow. All they had was hand sanitizer. Do not recommend.

Every time I come here to pick up an order where the pick up is I’m always left standing for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. The people at the front counter are always rude there is never a pleasant experience. Corporate needs to come in and take a look at what’s going on here. As a food delivery driver it takes too long, the customer service is terrible, and you just here them gossiping when they are not ignoring people simply picking up.

The bun machine went out and that led to a standstill on food! The line inside was long as well as the drive thru line(which was almost wrapped around the building)

I go every Wednesday at 11:30 for lunch and they are ON POINT. Best workers!! They might be out of stuff (which is beyond their control) and they still ask what I want and how I can change my order to make it good. They even had a remodel for weeks and that morning crew kept it up!!

Unfortunately, the quality of McDonald's has been declining every time we visit, which is only once or twice a year. The service is consistently terrible, and I doubt we will be going to another McDonald's unless there are no other options. I urge them to hire employees who can take orders from walk-in customers promptly, rather than forcing customers to use a dirty touch screen to place their order. Respecting the reality of the Covid virus is important.
