McDonald's - Douglasville

They can never get anything right. The lady at the window during the day is always paying more attention to her coworkers than she does the window. Orders always missing something the food is never made correctly. Customer service is trash and they moveslow as ever!!

This is a horrible location. They never get any order correct despite how slow they move. The food is at time under cooked. The customer service is horrible. Then you go in and see they got time to play. Ask for a manager and ALL of them lie and saythey?re the manager. They need to fire everyone breathing in this place. Once I get time I will be sharing every note I?ve takenon this place with corporate office

This is for sure a franchise! They always have long lines and bad food. I wonder if they know when to change their grease because their fries are ALWAYS bad?. This one is nothing like the one on Chapel Hill

Sat at curbside 20 minutes for 1 cup of coffee and a fry when I went in 3 people walked by me at the counter without helping I said excuse me 3 times and then I yelled are you just going to ignore me because I am not black the short girl with glassesrolled her eyes and said what! I said I have been waiting at curbside because the drive thru wrapped around the building shesaid well we had to make the coffee I said 20 minutes? She said yeah I finally got my coffee and fry and left haven't been back

This location is the absolute worse there?s not a time when there?s a problem. Ordered online the inside closed they didn?t bring the order out then when I finally got my food after 20 mins waiting in line the food was terrible!
