Domino's Pizza - Douglasville

Very nice delivery person, it got her quick and everything was perfectly delicious and exactly as ordered. thank you, I will be ordering again in the future.

When I went to pick up my pizza today, the girl and the guy making the pizzas weren?t wearing any gloves. While the girl was starting to make the pizza, she checked her phone then proceeded to put toppings on the pizza. Once again, no gloves and neverwashed hands. Literally no one else was wearing gloves either or was washing hands. Disgusting! Other than that, I haven?t hadany issues with anything else.

They?ll fix whatever mistake they made (and they do make a mistake every time i order) but the manager will give you an attitude and make you feel like it?s your fault that the people there can?t do their jobs

After waiting for my order of just three medium pizzas for two hours, I decided to call and check on the status. The person who answered sounded quite irritated and informed me that they were busy and I would need to continue waiting. I requested to speak with a manager, and when someone else got on the line, they sarcastically said, "This is a manager." Unfortunately, the response was the same: they were busy, and I would just have to wait. The driver finally arrived after two hours and forty-five minutes, but my order was incorrect. There was no point in calling back, as it was clear that they didn’t care.

I am frustrated that not all employees seem to follow the proper training protocols. If there is training in place for every worker, it's disappointing to see that they often don't wash their hands or wear gloves properly, neglecting to change them after handling dirty money or touching unsanitary boxes before preparing pizzas or delivering orders. Additionally, the lack of hair nets is concerning. It's disheartening to observe these issues unfold.
