Ordered a full side order of truffle fries $5.99. Received a container with 16 fries. Never again.

Wonderful service food Carrabba’s never fails to deliver! Especially grateful for the quick action taken when it was discovered Husbands wallet had been left behind called us within 5 minutes. Huge shoutout

The manager, Mrs. Charmaine, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We arrived early and she asked if we would like something to drink while we waited. She took my credit card and gave me a military discount. The food took about 10 minutes to arrive and there was a mistake with one of the orders, but when we called her, she graciously credited the entire meal for the inconvenience. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They have definitely earned my continued business now that I am new to the city of Douglasville. Thank you, Charmaine, for the incredible customer service and for recommending the pasta with winter sausage – it was delicious!

We came for our anniversary dinner on a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. We got seated right away and recieved our waters and drinks. The peach and the blackberry sangria were very nicely made. We went with the tomato caprese with fresh burrata served with bread for the appetizer and it was a 10/10. The nice part about it was that you can add it to your sides and entrees as well. The parm salad was good and so was the soup of the day which was sausage with lentils. My fiance even added some of the mozzerlla from the appetizer to his soup and loved it. The fettuccine weesie was absolutely delicious. Added some chicken to it and made it even more filling and tasty. My fiance had the italian classic trio and while he liked it, he felt as though his chicken parm was overcooked (it did have some burnt edges) and the alfredo was lacking sauce. The atmosphere is nice and uppity and you hear jazz music as you enter. Overall, it was a nice experience.
