Firehouse Subs Kelly Plantation

This location and the Fort walton location is sooo bad! I ordered online in hope to cut my time, but sad Nope....adjusted and waited 45 minutes for a sandwich that didn't roast soggy and way to much mayonnaise, asked extra pickles and extra salad, but no one was received and had to jump back into the line, just to get my drinking cups, and found out that the machine was out of most options and no ice to lift it! There were five people working, and they look like they hated more jobs every minute. I'm sorry to say, but this has become the new normal unless you eat Chick-fil-a when you go.

Sub's almost $7. The beverage area was disgusting, most Cola products were out. Chip stand was usually empty. The floors were sticky like glue. Workers were more interested in making out to serve as customers, fuethermore, never washed their hands after eating their own food. I wish I had my $20 back.

I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Everything previous stated is absolutely true. The staff is not friendly, they look and act miserable. Your feet stick to the floors and the overall restaurant looks and feels dirty. The drink station is full of trash and catcher for the tea appears moldy and needs to be cleaned. The young man at the register was scratching his head off and on throughout taking our order and then proceeded to touch our drink cups. They ran out of regular cups so he tried to first give us kids cups, before I asked for a regular size cup. He ended up giving us medium size cups. The boxes weren?t numbered as usual. None of our sandwiches had pickles as requested. This is the WORSE Firehouse Sub location, I have ever visited. I recommend finding another place to eat.

Wow what a busy location or maybe it was the time of day. I believe it was shortly after noon time when I walked into a line with a half a dozen people in front of me and almost a full restaurant. Happy to see the good places doing so well. Ordered my usual turkey sandwich combo and as usual it was delicious. Great location with all the amenities you would expect from fire house. Everyone working was very clean and professional and looked like they were working very hard to service the customers the best they can.

Just came back 7/8 and I will never go back. The place was disgustingly dirty. Service was non existent. I counted 5 people behind the counter and I don?t know what they were doing. I ordered a small Italian sub-to go- and when I got home (2 miles away) the bread was soggy and the meat was awful. I threw it all away. That was $8 down the drain.
