Cracker Barrel - Destin

I love Helen who was our server. The place was full. She was so precious and a beautiful lady. Jackie took names and it was so stinky packed. She was super sweet. My food came so fast and it was delicious.

Our waitress was new, but she put in a lot of effort. I requested all ham in my sunrise sample, but it came as it usually does. I also asked for my eggs to be cooked over medium, and they ended up being almost sunny side up. Despite those little hiccups, everything else was fantastic! The service was quick, friendly, and everything tasted delicious.

I always enjoy dining at CB. I was served by a manager trainer who was polite, attentive, and friendly, despite managing at least four other tables. However, there was a downside to my visit. We ordered chicken strips, and unfortunately, they were overcooked and quite dry, making them difficult to chew. I didn't complain at the time, but I think I’ll stick to the roasted chicken dinner on my next visit.

Cracker Barrel is a family favorite for us. We visit often and really enjoy their food. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My dad particularly appreciates the vintage decor, which always reminds him of fond memories. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portion sizes are just right. The food is consistently served hot and fresh. I also love that their children's menu offers a variety of options, unlike some other places that only have a couple of choices. Overall, it’s a full-sized restaurant and shop that we always look forward to visiting.
