Crab Trap Destin

We decided to try this restaurant for the oysters and we were not disappointed. The crab dip was delicious and the bartender was excellent. He had a good understanding of the menu and recommended some top dishes. Despite arriving close to closing time after a long day out, we were glad we stopped by. We are excited to visit again soon when we are back in Destin. Don't forget to follow and like for more reviews!

The seafood and cocktails at this restaurant are top-notch. The food and staff were outstanding, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend trying the Bairdi crab legs, which are incredibly sweet and full of meat. Just be aware that the seafood can be expensive.

Last night, we dined at The Crab Trap and had an amazing experience! Our waiter, James, was exceptional and made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. I highly recommend trying the "Dreamsicle" cocktail. The beach view added to the overall wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant.

Excellent drinks ???? terrific food and fantastic service! Will be back again for sure! We got a window seat that gave us a beautiful view of the white sand beach. Drinks were on par with any restaurant of this fare. The catch of the day (Red Snapper)was perfect cooked in the bronze style, veggies and slaw were a perfect match for my meal. My missus was just as pleased withher meal. The prices should be considered when making your choice, but they are competitive with any other restaurants on thebeach.

This was a pretty standard beach restaurant. They did have plenty of room to park which is great. The wait times run pretty long, but there are plenty of places to sit while you wait along with an outdoor bar and beach access area. We were seatedoutside even though we were not asked if we wanted to or not. Our waitress was very friendly and made great recommendations. The hot shrimp and crab dip really just tasted like melted cream cheese with a few shrimp thrown in. Our entrees were prettygood for the money. The crab cakes were great and the slaw was very good. We did not save room for desert, but the options didsound pretty good. We were happy with our meal service.
