Wendy's - Derby

I purchased my food through the drive-thru, and my food was made fresh. The cashier was very nice.

Went here today for lunch and stood at counter for 10 minutes and I was wondering.... Where are the ones who serve the customers? Not a soul in site. Doesn't it take a team of people to run a restaurant? I guess Wendy's can't afford to hire people to serve their customers LOL. Or mabey it's because you can't even afford food and fuel on 8$ an hour hech I don't know! 4$ for a large fry? I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore!

Wendy's is great. Friendy people, and the food is always good.

Beautiful new remodeled building but terrible food! I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. I try to avoid confrontation so I sent my child back to buy me another one. Same thing! What the heck happened!? This used to be a very good sandwich but both were hard with soggy breading. At almost $7 per sandwich, what a waste of money! And of course they didn’t give me a receipt so I could go back to get a refund.
