Chick-fil-a - Derby

C.J was an amazing server. He was going around refilling peoples drinks, taking customers trays, cleaning tables right when customer's left. I was sitting there while my son was playing in the play area and I had half of a wrap left over, he asked if I wanted a bag for my wrap or an ice water while I waited for my son to finish up playing. You never see that type of amazing service at a fast food restaurant.

Freshest fastest friendliest fast food joint in town. Just wish they was open on Sunday.

The food is great! The fries are phenomenal. The service here just depends on who is helping you. Many of the people are willing to bend over backwards to help their customers. Others, though, are rude and make customers feel like they’re in the way. Last night we were watching as the flag was being taken down, balled up, and tossed on a table outside. Please find a boy scout to handle taking down the flag. I agree with a previous comment that management isn’t taking customer care as seriously as they once did. Maybe some of the people who are good with the customers should be trainers?
