This restaurant is located in the B-Congress of Denver Airport. I ordered a bowl and was able to customize it with both sweet and vegan sauces. The glass partition displays all the ingredients and clearly labels whether they are vegan or gluten-free, which I found very helpful. The food was above average, but I did notice that the server used the same gloves for handling both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, which was a bit concerning.

I had a layover at Denver airport for 3 hours and was feeling hungry. I was pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant, which was not only flavorful and satisfying, but also refreshing after a long flight. There were many options to choose from, and I decided to order the falafel dish with almost all of the vegan toppings they had available.

I wish every airport offered the same array of vegan options so I could customize my own meal. Well done, Garbanzo!

We have tried to leave denver 16 hours, but at least the airport has a solid food option! the menu is well marked on vegan items. sampled two pitas, one with portobello and one with falafel, tahini sauce and loaded with vegetables. portobello was delicious, fleshy and they definitely didn't jump on it.

Everything is labeled vegan/vegetarian which is amazing! They also have a tonnn of options, almost everything is vegan that’s not meat! 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for something fast, yummy and filling!
