The lady at the desk was very friendly. I tried my first tofu bahn mi sandwich here and it was so good that I bought another one to put in my carry-on.

I was in a hurry to my tor, but the root down express kiosk had a delicious vegan banh mi ready to go! it will not be the best banh mi of her life, but for a vegan airport grab ‘n go option — consider it top animal.

Blitzfast service, and I always appreciate when the menu is clearly labeled which items are vegan-friendly (note: vegan *after request* make sure to specify). The veggie burger has a great taste, the smoky added crisp and served on a brow back with guac. and finally, but certainly not least the sweet kartoffel boils were to come back here

The beet salad was a welcome piece of fresh vegetables (without cheese) during the trip. Nice to have this option in an airport although soy-free options are limited. fyi house made veggie burger contains soy.

Didn’t have time to go into the restaurant so just grabbed vegan tofu Bahn mi sandwiches from the grab and go portion of the restaurant. Sandwiches weren’t anything to write home about but were pretty good and satisfying before hopping on a flight. Grateful they had them!
