Starbucks - Denham Springs

Loved my drinks, loved the food, and baristas were friendly and outgoing. It just seemed to take a while to get the coffee and line was long.

Fast service, but they did not get it rightSo I have been ordering the same drink for 3 years now , it's not an out of the ordinary order.Another thing is how are you going to advertise something new and then be out that really tics me off.

I 'm lactose intolerant and I order the same drink from every star bucks I got to and I request oatmilk. I go through the drive thru each time but the last 4 times I 've gotten drinks from here with oatmilk. I end up have horrible stomach pains and cannot taste any oatmilk. I hope they aren 't charging me then making drinks wrong bc it 's easy. someone can have a serious allergic and I 'm lucky to just have stomach issues. will not be back.

They always have the worst attitudes and are very unwelcoming. The store always is dirty and drinks are rarely made right. The wait time is horrendous. They’re unclean, they cross contaminate, and the management is awful.

I waited in line for 20 minutes I didn’t mind). I ordered a grande iced shaken espresso with white chocolate mocha sauce with oatmilk. Whoever made my drink put way to much ice and oatmilk, it tasted like water with a hint of coffee. I was really disappointed and pushed for time to get to my next destination to return the drink. I wasted my star points on this drink : Please do better.
