Taco Bell - Dacula

This is the sad taco bell I've ever had the sad misfortune to live near. once I was told that they only serve Cinnabon friends for breakfast after I bought a few nights earlier and tonight they left an article of the order of my friend that they let him move forward to wait for it. when he called the person, he asked if he was the person who had forgotten his order. when we came back to get it there, eight employees had to be on their phones, they were even a beer. I'd totally boycott this if he wasn't for the fact that he was also the kfc.

I come here for dinner all the time, this location makes all other locations I've been to look bad. Food is always fresh and delicious, staff always friendly and efficient. Samuel A took my order at drive thru tonight and was very friendly and paid attention to detail.

I left a 1 because I couldn't leave a zero. I ordered through the drive thru and before I left I asked the associate if that was my complete order when he handed it to me. He said yes, so I drove off. Got home, no sides. Drove back went inside and let the inside associate what had happened. She filled the remainder of my order without a sorry, thank you for coming. Nothing. Apparently, I wasn't the only one. Another customer ahead of me also got an incorrect order. Had better service on previous visits. But with all the choices within a 5 mile radius, I can be selective. Sorry.

Good job whoever hired this guy, made my day just by stopping by Taco Bell tonight lol he was very nice and polite

I ordered $40 worth of food for a group of friends. Not only did our DoorDash driver have to wait almost 30 minutes to pick up the food but we were given the wrong food. I ordered many different items on the menu and received 10 soft tacos and a red drinkI didn?t order. I also know this location closes early just because friends who have gone through the drivethru during businesshours have been denied food. Do better
