Bidrage med feedbackThe employees were very friendly! It wasn't busy inside but the drive thru was but they still got my order done and out to me quickly and correctly! The inside was very clean and neat and the bathrooms were also. The computer screen where you order wasclean too, so it's nice to see that people are still being vigilant about disinfecting their place of employment, especiallysince covid and rsv is on the rise in the area. Don't want people to get sick! Parking was plentiful at the time I was thereand the lot was clean with no trash. I'm just glad they got my order correct the 1st time lol usually something is wrong ormissing, but not this time, so someone must have been doing their job right this time! Overall it's a good place to go and graba quick bite to eat!
Experience on 9/26/22 at around 8:30 pm was horrible. I?m glad we didn?t go through the drive thru late like we normally would. Cashier sounded like it was an annoyance just to take our order. We asked for a meal with chicken chalupas but to substituteseasoned beef for the chicken. Cashier just said ok. We asked about sauces, and we said mild. ?Ok?. The okay?s are noted becausethat made me assume that I?m getting what I requested. When we went to pay we asked if we could add something on, but was toldsomething I never have been told before about no substitutions or add-ons. We would need to go around again to add something. Noproblem, we just stuck with our original order? Let?s just say I was disappointed rather than what I was actually saying when Igot home and began to eat. Chicken! Both chalupas had chicken not the seasoned beef that I wanted. I sure as heck didn?t wantchicken! And the sauce packets were HOT not MILD. Now I want to do a review because this is the second time that I paid extrafor a substitution and didn?t get it. No receipt! Again!!! The last time I got burned there was no receipt. Now I am convincedthat the staff new they didn?t give me what I ordered and knew it, so they neglected to give a receipt. (Which you should alwaysbe doing when customers pay with card! I can?t do the survey online without the receipt because there is no other way to findthe store?s identification number. I don?t know if reading and following simple instructions are a requirement for employment atthis location or it was the fact that the employees just don?t care because the location is closed tomorrow for renovations.Since the staff and lack of management can?t be bothered, I will just stick to using the kits to make my own or try the LaValelocation. Somehow this taco bell is very beautiful and has a self-ordering kiosk. we had a big order and they were pretty fast at the assembly.
