Bidrage med feedbackWhat disorder would have actually been a 10 or should I say a five star! the food tastes great but as far as the side order of noodles that cost $10 roughly $9.95 I should say I literally got 15 noodles I counted them they were spaghetti noodles and I got 15 of them for the side pan fried Side of Pan-Fried Noodles thats a straight rip off its made me literally not want to order from them again! this is the second time I ordered them the first time I thought maybe it was just a mess up certainly they wouldnt only give 15 spaghetti noodles roughly for a side dish and they werent even full noodles but yes thats how much they charge for that side dish thats disgusting to rip customers off in such a way!
My favorite hometown restaurant! Every time I come to visit family I make sure that I include a stop at Ginger's. My favorite meal is the spicy chicken teriyaki bento box which comes with the chicken filet, rice, house salad, california rolls, and your choice of spring rolls or vegetable tempura. The prices are decent as well as the portions are quite generous! Ginger's is definitely a hidden gem!
Me and my boyfriend stopped by here because I was craving sushi. We're from the city towards DC area. We desperately came here because there were very few selections for japanese restaurants towards western Maryland and the reviews on yelp were pretty good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box and here is my opinion Pros: The tempura items were delicious. They were deep fried to perfection and the dipping sauce was greatly flavored. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of the tempura itself Cons: I don't want to be too negative about the food, but I will say that their teriyaki sauce... It didn't taste right...idk but I do know that I got sick the next day after. The maki rolls weren't very great either but it was edible. The rice, it was like home cooked rice. You know when you cook right from a pot and you have the clumped up rice on the bottom that sticks to the pot? Yeah, that's how the rice was. My bf got the korean dish and that was ok. I'm just being honest with my review so that future travelers will know what to expect. Now if the question is if I'd come back here... It'd be a no. Overall, the food was ok, but not satisfying. Keep in mind that I live in the city where there are many japanese/korean restaurants.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is a great place off the beaten path! There are several options in the area for Oriental cuisine. This a great place if you don't want the show involved in a hibachi-style experience. I usually get the Yakisobu with chicken. It is good. They serve beer and spirits. However, their hours are weird. Wait staff falls asleep at the wheel a lot. Worth it. Try it.
I went here months ago for lunch and never got around to making a review. I can say the food was so bad that my 1 star is generous. I got 2 basic sushi rolls to play it safe. They still weren't safe. Ingredients didn't taste fresh and they were really just bad. The person I was with got ribs and said they were just ok. We both agreed we'd never go back. Not worth the money spent.
