Coney Island Drive Inn - Crystal River

First Time visit with wife and son. Food and service were awesome. We actually were shocked at how low priced the menu items were. We ordered a bunch of food and my wife pulled out two twenties to pay and the total was 21 bucks. AWESOME ???? My son had his first order of cheese fries and we may have created an animal. I will definitely be going back to enjoy their food. Cool place.

Once again this place hits the spot It is good to have this one closer to the house but the location in Brooksfield is still our favorite. The food here is good and we've enjoyed everything we have ordered but you can tell the small differences from the other locations to this one. If you've never tried this place you should but make sure to call first to check hours of operation

I stopped by for a quick snack before heading to the beach, and I was greeted by Nancy at the counter, who was incredibly sweet and friendly! The hot dogs and tornado chips were delicious. My husband tried the fried okra and really liked it, along with a Chicago Dog and a Gator Dog, while I enjoyed a chili cheese dog with onions. Everything was well-prepared and served promptly. The flavors were all fantastic, and I loved the decor both inside and outside the restaurant. We'll definitely be returning!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and had mixed experiences. The hot dogs they serve aren't made with natural casings; they taste more like the inexpensive store-bought varieties and lack that satisfying snap. You can choose between regular or foot-long sizes, and there's an option to order Nathan's for an extra charge. The French fries seem to be frozen, but the prices are reasonable. However, I had to wait quite a while for a pre-cooked hot dog and some fries. The hot dog was overloaded with mustard, and the sauce had a different flavor than I expected. I also noticed that the staff were not wearing masks, and there was no visible effort to clean the tables between diners, with leftover condiment stains from previous customers. The ordering process needs some improvement, as the lines can get long during lunch and dinner, often extending outside the restaurant. The interior is small with limited seating, and the outdoor bar-style seating on the porch is also minimal.

The fast food here is quite good. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and is nicely decorated. We tried a variety of hot dogs, some okra, various toppings on our fries, and wings. Unfortunately, the wings weren't the best—my daughter didn't enjoy them. I should have ordered them tossed in sauce instead of having it on the side, as they were a bit overcooked. The service was friendly and efficient, and they also offer a drive-thru.
