Papa Johns Pizza - Covington

I have been ordering from this Papa Johns location for about ten years. The service I've received has been consistently great. The handful of times in which something went wrong with my order (usually minor things), the workers/managers have swiftlyrectified things by providing replacement items, etc. A couple of the stand-out people here are Jaylnn, Aleksandr, and severalmanagers, who always have gone out of their way to ensure a good experience for my family.

I placed order there for pickup,I stayed at drive thru for 5 min nobody service me,it?s not that there was nobody they see me but ignored me then I honk guy looked at me but no response at all,for that I had to cancel my order,sorry but no more papaJohns

We’re not fans of the delivery service from Papa John's on Highway 278 in Covington, GA, as they partner with DoorDash. Instead, we prefer to pick up our orders directly from the store. One suggestion for this location would be to ask customers to circle back if their order isn’t ready. During our last visit, we waited over 15 minutes behind another customer whose order had not yet been prepared. When we finally received our pizza, it was missing the extra cheese we had requested. I've experienced similar issues in the past; once, I ordered a pizza bowl, and it contained none of the ingredients we had chosen. In both cases, we received notifications that our orders were ready, while others were not, resulting in long waits and incorrect orders.
