Wife and I went for a coffee whilst waiting for a local shop to open. A good choice. Had a cinnamon bun which we both thought the best we have ever tasted. The speedy buns we took for lunch also excellent. Staff very helpful and entertaining not surprising there were many returning customers

Cinnamon Buns are likely THE best on Vancouver Island. Made in smaller quantities than other top-ranked Ladysmith Bakery, may be the key factor!

Went to Frankie Jo's today to try one of their cinnamon buns. Cinnamon buns sell fast and were gone. I had the vegetable tart instead and it was absolutely more than I expected! So much vegetables and flavour! It also was quite filling. I'm already planning to grab some of these for a upcoming camping trip! Flavour party!

Best sandwiches in town, great espresso, super friendly staff. Love this addition to the downtown neighbourhood!

Okay, where to start! Sandwiches 5+ stars, fresh and tasty and absolutely delicious. Baked Goods 5+ stars, I'm not a fan of sweets myself but I can eat their cinnamon buns any day! I have purchased sweets for others from here they they all have said the products are fresh, not grossly sweet, but perfectly yummy. The staff 5+ stars. Love when a small business is just so inviting and friendly. Always make me feel welcome. I wish them the very best.
