Le Quai Est - Courseulles-sur-Mer

Three of us stopped on our way back to the ferry (forPortsmouth. on Friday 9th September 22. I ordered a dish a la carte (27 euros and the others chose the menus (25euros) The bullet spoke English, but was not friendly and...if I wanted to pay the bill, it was 126 euros! I protested in my poor French, as she accused us all at a la carte price. It is possible that my friends had mixed choices between the two set menus, but that was not an excuse for their fraud. Her bellier answer was bluff and she knew very good w e were in a hurry to catch the ferry. There is no doubt about their deception. I have reported this resto to Mairie and post this warning for others. Paul Purnell

I'd give this restaurant 6 stars if I could. The food was delicious and there are various menus with an incredible menu price of 24 euros. The location is so beautiful with views of the port. Staff are attentive, courteous and serve on a...palpst that really allows you an evening of conversation with family members. You also have English-language servers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to everyone. It is by far the best culinary experience for the price in Courseulles sur Mer. I would recommend a reservation in advance to avoid being disappointed.

Extremely rude hostess who chased us practically from the restaurant. After this experience, leave a very bitter taste in our mouth. Avoid this place!

We ate here two nights in a row. The food is very high standard with excellent presentation. The staff were so attentive pleasant. The flavors of the sauces are second to none. I have no problem in recommending this restaurant highly. It is very...reasonable for the standard of food offering 3 different priced menus along with the al la carte menu.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard à ce restaurant. Accueil chaleureux, bonne humeur. Les plats sont copieux, élégamment présentés et excellent. Un pur moment de plaisir.Pour ma part j'avais pris en entrée; tartare de saumon, plat; poisson du jour, turbo et son écume aux moules et dessert ; carpaccio d'ananas.
