Subway - Cottage Grove

The restaurant no longer accepts subway vouchers, and the sign inside is printed in such small text that it's difficult to read even with glasses. The manager's attitude is quite snarky. I won't be returning because they only accept cash and do not accept subway credits.

I noticed a $5 price difference compared to other local Subway locations. The Mexicali footlong was priced at $15 here, while I found it online for $9.99 at other nearby locations. In fact, another Subway just two miles away also sells it for $9.99. Charging $15 is not reasonable when similar options are available for $10 just down the road. The prices at this place are quite outrageous.

There's one particular employee (sorry, I can't remember his name, but he has black hair and pencils on his hat) who is always so friendly and welcoming. He greets me with a smile and asks if I want to add extras like oregano and parmesan after my order comes out. I know it can be challenging to keep up the positivity in customer service (I work in that field myself), but he truly excels at it! I really appreciate his dedication. As for the negative reviews, especially from the younger one-star reviewer, I think they just don't pay attention to the signs regarding old coupons. Once a Karen, always a Karen, right? Overall, I highly recommend this Subway location!

Ordered 2 footlong subs and provided a coupon. Was told the coupon is not acceptable here, however used it before. They told me they'd give me 15% off. Bill totalled 20.61. I only had a 20 because I thought I was going to get one free with the coupon. They wouldn't eat the .61, so I walked and they were stuck with 2 footlong subs. Dumb people. They then ate 20.61 worth of food.I did not call your employees names or insult them. Just stating a fact on what a dumb move losing 20 worth of business. I will frequent the other Subway in Cottage Grove from now on.

Good and fast. The drive thru is a tiny bit confusing. You go to the ordering screen then do a little U and come around to the window. No big deal. They were fast, friendly, and did a great job.
