Thai Express - Corvallis

I visited for the first time tonight and, while I can't comment on the other dishes, the beef pad see ew was absolutely delightful. The portion size was generous for the price, and the dish was perfectly seasoned. I would recommend that if you enjoy spicy food, you might want to order a bit hotter than usual. I chose the medium spice level, and it was still quite mild for my taste. I added some hot sauce, and it turned out great. I'll definitely ask for more spice next time. Overall, it was very good!

The service was friendly and quick, and the food was delicious. It was a lovely experience to meet up with my mom and enjoy some takeout together. We both really liked our meals, and there was plenty for each of us to take home for later. The only downside was that Google mentioned there was outdoor dining, but we couldn’t find any. Instead, we ended up eating on a park bench in the parking lot.

I ordered dinner and specifically requested that the food be prepared in a certain way, and they assured me they could do it. We mentioned that if they couldn't meet our request, we would just choose a different item, but they insisted they would accommodate us. After driving 30 minutes back home with the food, we discovered that the entire order was wrong. It felt like a waste of money. When I called to complain, the woman on the other end of the line just remained silent for over 10 minutes. I would really appreciate a refund.

The food was incredibly fresh, and I appreciated that I could watch it being prepared. It was excellent, with generous portion sizes—I ended up taking most of my meal home! The wait time was minimal, which was a nice surprise. They also have this unique tablet soda machine, and I tried the strawberry vanilla cola, which was delightful!

If you're seeking genuine Thai dishes, this is probably not the best option. Although the menu features traditional Thai names, the taste falls short compared to meals from a proper sit-down restaurant. There’s no table service here, but they do have a drive-thru. Beverage choices include bottled drinks, fountain sodas (Pepsi, not Coca-Cola), Thai iced tea, and water.
