Sugoi Sushi - Corvallis

Dining at Sugoi for conveyor sushi is always a fun experience. The attentive service enhances the overall experience as well. While I've had better sushi elsewhere for a higher price, and the ambiance isn't particularly remarkable, I would still highly recommend this restaurant. It's definitely worth a visit. The quality of the sushi mirrors the current economic climate of 2023. It’s delicious, but you can definitely tell that some dishes have been made with less expensive ingredients, like imitation crab meat. Food rating: 4/5.

I really enjoy getting sushi here. One big advantage is that they allow substitutions if you don’t like something (you do need to buy the whole sleeve, which comes with two servings). It's also quite a sight to see the conveyor belt filled with so many options. Food: 5/5.

Went here for my very first time, sushi was great, but I ordered 4 sushi plates they gave us something else. They lost our order on the chicken yakisoba. Waitress needs to check waiters more often, then sit and play on her phone the whole time. They need staff bad.Food: 5/5

Never liked sushi untill I tried my friends and I been getting sushi from here ever since 2017. Food is great quiet atmosphere servers are nice. Menu and plates are color coded for price. Yellow green red and black from least expensive to most.
