Beerhaus - Corvallis

With in a week they went from the only German restaurant to German beer and tacos. Staff was really nice. Lots of choices of beer. But slim on food.

Amazing service, great atmosphere, a perfect way to start our weekend in Oregan! The loaded fries were to die for!

Stopped in for dinner. They have the classic beer hall theme going and a great selection of beer and whiskey. Unfortunately the restaurant is unpleasantly dirty. Think hair built up in the booths, dusty window sills, decor, and dirty floors. The food was equally disappointing. If you say frites on the menu I expect fries that still resemble chips and not the same frozen fries you can get anywhere. With the chicken schnitzel everything is far too salty, the better to sell beer, I guess. Additionally the wiener schnitzel plate many of the components were barely warmed, not hot.

Acceptable experience so far, you can tell at least they know how to cook. Nice environment that you could sit down and hang out with your friends too. However, nothing special.

Love it, great place. Great selection of beers and amazing selection of whiskey and bourbon. German food is delicious!
