Food is awesome tasty and fresh but the food containers are smaller than most other places which makes it expensive. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$40–60

Long wait, no staff, poor quality food in tiny containers. This food service located in a building called Park Side Food Co which houses quite a few kitchens by the Chef Collective ghost kitchen. This is not a restaurant. SMS update advised the online order for pickup would take 30-35 mins. We waited in the car park over an hour. There are 5-star Google reviews which are questionable. One review saying there is no plastic packaging, all lids are plastic. Another saying great service, but there are no staff, multiple mobile numbers listed on the internet and no ability to cancel an order. We attempted to cancel by calling the mobile number on the website but was told it can only be cancelled online despite having no way to cancel online at all as we found out. The portion sizes for two mains are tiny with no tofu/protein in either the ginger stir fry or massaman curry. The vegetables in the curry are hard and not cooked. I am extremely disappointed as we could have received better quality food, for a shorter wait time and cheaper cost at a similar or larger portion size at restaurants we have serviced previously. The satay tofu is like cardboard. All the sauces are excessively sweet and the ginger stir-fry has no ginger flavour to it.

Really wanted theyr fried bananas order arrived with out them! They also forgot our starter and all the mock meats in our mains... Laksa tasted like tomato soup and curry had an incredible amount of sugar in. If I could give 0 stars i would

So the web page was updated to show it is indeed take away only, thanks. So I went back to try as a take away. Order time showed 50mins , seems a bit long but ok. So I get there exactly 50 minutes after I order, I selected pay at counter. console showed it was in the locker, I get it and take to counter. The girl has her back faced to everyone and I try to get her attention and ask to pay and she tries to argue it is already done.... Hmm. Lucky I 'm honest! So someone else comes out and helps to pay. Then I notice the cadbury 'milk ' chocolate attached to the bag brought from the 'vegan ' restaurant .. Hmmm. No thank you I say and remove that. So I get home (7mins and the food is stone cold. Ok there is some issues here, hopefully the food is good after reheating I think. The gyoza were nice with the sauce. great! Then I try the massaman curry, tastes nice! Only there is only one massive chunk of sweet potato, and one potato which can only be described as uncooked! The cashew stir fry was ok. So communications remains an ongoing issue at this place, along with poor service (it 's takeaway but still managed to! and undercooked food. I think there are to many issues here to resolve to recommend this place at the moment. I hope they can try to address these many issues and make a place that vegans and others can enjoy.
