Kfc - Coombs Canada

Just left with my bucket order. 40.00. Anyways in the truck now hungry. H angry. No plates forks etc. Not even a napkin. How am I supposed to eat corn. Dump it into my mouth from the bucket. Come on think ...ya I guess I didn't ask for the tools to eat the food.

I popped in just after closing, hoping I could still get a bucket of chicken and some hot wings for my hungry girl and I. The young fellow at the counter said he would check. He conferred with the cooks and came back saying no problem with a smile on his face! I appreciate them accommodating us as i spent over two decades in a kitchen and the last customers were not always your favourite after a long shift. Delicious fried chicken cooked up fresh from the Colonel's kitchen. Fries were hot and crisp. Gravy drinkable. Love the slaw, cabbage carrot bits and the sweet, tangy dressing are perfect flavour and texture working well at balancing the grease, salty, 11 herbs and spices crispiness coming from the chicken. Polite staff with a good sense of humour! I recommend this KFC. The attached gas station is convenient as well.

Been here quite a few times experience has always been decent. Tonight I went and the front desk attendant was rude, the attitude was pitiful. If you’re going to work a job that you're having to deal with people at least make a small effort for customer service. Ended up just walking out without placing an order. Local customer and I probably won’t be back.

Removed my 5 star rating from a couple of years ago. Stopped in today for my regular 2 piece meal with a bottle of water. I noticed right away that something was different. The cooler was moved and there was no access to condiments, they were all removed from the front area. There was a new guy that rang in my order and I was in shock at how he talked to me. He is arrogant, self absorbed, cocky, rude. I eventually asked for my money back and told him that I would never come back to that store again. He didn't care. I've been to that location at least once per month since they opened and get gas at the Petrocan at the same time. KFC you can do much better by getting rid of him and hiring people with better customer service abilities.
