Lovely Sophie is the owner, manager, cook and the heart of the truck. In a way, she makes everyone smile, always friendly and with a warm attitude... I mean, an attitude... or both haha! First experience for a vegetable burger and it was a pleasure. Sophie is very welcoming and we think she's passionate. As the vegetarian is good.

You can go with your eyes closed. Sophie is super sparkling and her hot dog chili sauce is huge. The taste is really here.
