I don't think I'm wrong in daring to classify this restaurant as the best restaurant in Uzes. The cuisine is simply excellent. Congratulations to the chefs who amaze us with each of our visits. Roots and likes. Installed in the pretty and quiet patio at the back of the establishment, we spent a very pleasant evening and had a great time. The flavors were there and the service was top notch. Really good value for money €61 per menu for starter-main course-dessert, it may seem a little expensive, but the plates are worth it! . Excellent kitchen. Careful service and lunch menu, dessert flat entrance, wine glass at 25€. Perfect!
