Bidrage med feedbackDivine place surrounded by the green countryside of Crotonese. We booked a little early so we could know what dishes we would eat, then we showed up in this beautiful location. The cuisine, typical Calabrian, is excellent for quality and fantastic for quantity, also seen the time (19:30) we had the opportunity to have a chat with the cook-owner, that I highly recommend to know. Beautiful experience, to be repeated in the next holiday!! !
From now on at the Il Salotto_ Home restaurant breathes home air. I was very kindly welcomed by the daughter who, together with the rest of the family, contributes to the management of this wonderful place. We had dinner in the garden, a magical setting where you can sit in the relaxation area with friends to exchange a chat or browse the many culinary recipes proposed in the reading corner, or simply entertain yourself in the selfie area listening to beautiful music. We had booked meat menus and were served generous courses of a Calabrian appetizer (and not only) spectacular. From the pumpkin flower with a filling different from the classic Alice, to the aged pecorino, to the potato tortino that discovers to be filled with sauce and cheese as soon as you sink the fork. And much more, yes to you find out. To the other courses you already arrive satiated but I could not not not taste the broodings to the ragù, the grilled meat cooked to the grill accompanied by a really special mixed salad. They finished this delicious fruit dinner, cut there at the moment, and a bergamot tiramisu to lick the mustache. What to say, I can only compliment Mrs Teresa Fragomeli for the care in details, the love she puts in every dish and the kindness that distinguishes her. Straconsiglio this innovative place where the pleasure of good cuisine merges in a zen environment.
Sometimes word of mouth is a vehicle carrying good news. Using LinkedIn on this initiative with its menu and contact via WhatsApp the structure to order. Immediate and courteous the answer. After call to agree on the menu and delivery time (opto for delivery at home) that happens punctually and with telephone notice. I open the paper bags (type strong for food) and I see the packaging in rigid containers, well organized with the instructions to heat the dishes. Also treated the arrangement in the beautiful colored rigid trays not those in order aluminum. We come to the point: well-made dressing, measured salt and very dignified portions. Excellent roasted peppers stuffed with capers and anchovies, very tasty lemon flavored eggplant meatball and well balanced in flavors the stuffed artichoke. Prices absolutely measured compared to the quality above the average of the catering with delivery at home. If you maintain these levels of quality and prices will soon be a landmark in the city. Bravo!
