Kfc - Columbia

I was absolutely starving when I sat down at this restaurant! Can you believe they had the audacity to serve me a piece of chicken that looked like it had already been eaten? Absolutely terrible! What a disappointment.

Perhaps the worst fast food service in America service is completely terrible. You still have the dining room closed because of Covid, so it's just the ride thru Even then you spend 20 minutes or more on the ride thru as they are so slow Make yourself a favor and go elsewhere

You never have to order. Waiting in the car thru was good over 40 min. I didn't even have a chance to order and no one came out to say anything. Complete and complete waste of time.

Only pathetic... only numbers 1. Regular pepsi. No diet, no pommes. No sandwiches... Please close this place and invest in something else... You look like I'm here and in the last time... You're not there anymore.

So I went to KFC at the Columbia, Maryland location earlier and ordered a chicken sandwich. I live about 20 minutes out so you would expect to be able to go home and have a complete sandwich to eat right? Nope! As you'll see in the picture, as soon as I open the wrapper this is what I saw. A KFC employee obviously thought it was a good idea to take a bite off my sandwich and then serve that to me. I was furious because these workers had to nerve to sell me a bitten off sandwhich and that I had to drive 20 minutes back to this location. They gave me my money back after denying which one of them ate it (obviously one of them did). Better check your sandwiches when going to this location!
