Burger King - Colonial Heights

Got called a this **** by the drive thru by the African American lady that clearly was angry about something and decided to take it out on me. When I got to the drive through she was extremely rude and the 1 st thing she said was hold on ... waited about 2 minutes and when she said what do you want I though okay why is she being so rude... I proceeded to order a double whopper with a large fry and a coke... and a side of motzarella sticks... I dint even get to finish the word lager fry when she had told me the total 11.98 and I was like I 'm okay can i get a coke as well..... when I tell you this women was so rude she litterally YELLED JUST DRIVE around!!! And of course my dumb self still did because I litterally had 20 min left from break and was hungry!! Anyways went to the window. She took my card and only gave a me a bad with the burger and motz sticks.... NO FRIES, NO drink... and when I proceeded to tell her oh I also got a drink she had the stank nerve to say you dint say you wanted a drink!? And at this point i did get irritated and told her well maybe if you let me finish you would of known... and this stupid women said this **** and I was like excuse me !? Can I please have my drink and she said no **** and slammed the litte window. When I tell you this place is RACHETTT believe it!! That lady 's additude was just gross. Worse than the food. Don 't go here unless you want to cuss at by some guetto angry women. By the way this happened in Tuesday at 1:10 pm on 11/16/2021. And this location too : 501 Southpark Blvd Colonial Heights, VA 23834 United States I hope they fire her for being so gross with her additude. She gonna catch the wrong one one day and she will get it well deserved.

It has not failed not one time do they get my order correct. It could be months before I try them and yet again.....wrong order. I ordered a #8 sausage and egg biscuit and sweet tea. First I got a chicken and cheese biscuit. I returned the order and now I have a sausage and egg croissant. Tried to call the phone is disconnected. Different managers and employees and yet it's always the same problem.

Terrible service. The employees are rude and unorganized. How do you forget fries for one meal? Incompetent.

Literally asked for no tomato on my whopper jr and still got them. Kind of sad when it was the only thing I ordered.
