I recently had a situation where a food item was missing from my order, and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the response from Manager MiKayla. Instead of making excuses or brushing off the issue, she took a proactive and positive approach to resolve the problem.When I reached out to MiKayla about the missing food, she immediately apologized and assured me that this was not a common occurrence. She then went above and beyond to make it right by offering a replacement and also providing a discount on my next order.What truly stood out to me was MiKayla's professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction. She handled the situation with grace and empathy, making me feel valued as a customer. I never really liked crab lobster strip or even Clam Chowder. I've tried several times. What the heck I'll try it one more time. OMG!!! All of it was incredible! I had King ?, ? , blue ? Clam Chowder. Other then the clam Chowder it was a pound of everything. I left nothing. The service on point. The bar tender. Wow! Amazing. The several carona micheladas again on point.

The boil bags are always good and very reasonably priced! And whoever has the suc cord needs a raise! ??Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is equally as tasty! Picky eater approved.

Food was exceptional especially the oysters. Casual atmosphere. Clean and spacious. Very inviting.Service not so much. Our waitress hovered over us the entire time. She actually took plates we were still using. I lost my appetite.In spite of everything he still intended to give her a decent tip IN CASH. She actually asked for her tip. We were stunned. She told us she needed a big tip because she was doing bad. I've never had anyone do that and her behavior cast this restaurant in a negative light for me.I'm moving to the area and I love seafood. He highly recommended this place and was excited about taking me.If this is normal behavior for the wait staff I won't be returning. And definitely won't recommend that anyone else do so.

Food quality honestly wasn't that good, the service time took a while as well. I was watching the waiter go to others who had arrived after me, and they were extremely disrespectful. Constantly checking if we were going to leave a tip, but you would've expected better service.
