Sonic Drive-in - Collierville

Went to Sonic on US 72 in Collierville last night after ordering on the Sonic App 2 Hotdogs and an average order of Mozzarella Sticks. I have the order. When I came home, I missed the Mozzarella sticks. They called the restaurant and said they made a mistake. The order was in two pockets they gave me. I asked if they would return the payment to the payment method I used. They said they would like to, but not. I'd have to call companies to get the refund. I called company. When the phone was answered, there were several options. The first is if you want a refund press 1 . I pushed one. After I heard my experience, the person said they did not make a refund. She offered to order my account with a small Mozzarella stick. Although I have shortened a middle order. I asked her to call a superior. She said she would and that they would call today. His 5 pm and no call

I like milkshakes, but it must be a new cup in the circulating way to make the milkshake cold, hmm a thin type of metal that is recyclable or placed between the cups to keep it cold. I also need my hamburger to be seasoned with salt and pepper and it doesn't have to be asked. If they need it, don't do it. You can even drive-in with your skates to season it with a shaker.

Chili cheese tots Caramel shake. Pure delight! I love a cold creamy shake on hot summer days!Service was great, very clean outside and car hop was very helpful!

Absolutely loved our car hop she was awesome, food and drinks were absolutely delicious, our absolute favorite place for drive thru in fact getting to be the only place we go to any more , all thumbs up

Service has become terrible. Order is always wrong and Food no longer taste good at this location
