Firehouse Subs 721 - Collierville

Great food yet overpriced. They must think this is an airport.

This Firehouse is pretty terrible. No Welcome to Firehouse! I asked for two of the same sandwich, got two different sandwiches. Shame on me for not checking before I left. This is a month after my wife went up there 30 minutes before closing and was met with locked doors and employees that couldn 't care less.

No adult supervision. One worker licking his fingers and then working on orders. The same worker fluffing his hair over the work station. Absolutely disgusting place! Avoid at all cost.

Waited 30 minutes and after asking for a refund my sandwich was still not ready.

People who were working here tonight on 8/18 were incredibly rude. I asked for my order by name to a female at the counter, then sat down. A few moments later I heard a male mocking me (imitating in a grotesque tone). I did nothing to provoke such childish behavior. I walked out without collecting the order. FYI people can hear you when they're only 10 feet away.
